Being from the UK, I was a bit nervous about which company to select to provide return transportation from my I-Drive hotel to Port Canaveral as there are literally dozens of websites offering “the best service” and it’s even difficult to decide which companies are real ! I decided to engage Orlando Transfer because their reply to my initial enquiry was both swift and personal to me – Sergio’s emailed response was also well-written which is more than can be said for many of their competitors! The price was fair and again, Sergio’s replies to my questions were quick and helpful.

The vehicles that we travelled in were spotlessly clean and the drivers were well-mannered and well-presented. The sedan provided for our party of two was more than adequate and very comfortable. Both drivers were also very helpful with local information and advice.

The vehicle for the outward journey from International Drive to Port Canaveral arrived on time and for the return journey, I was off the ship a little earlier than expected and following a phonecall to Sergio the driver left base immediately to avoid a long wait for me, which was very much appreciated.

I would like to thank all concerned in making this trip both comfortable and memorable and to anybody who is looking for a transporation service in the Orlando area I can highly recommend Sergio and his team and I will be making sure that this favourable review appears in all popular forums such as Trip Advisor and Cruise Critic. This past July I had the pleasure of using your transportation service. From the beginning when I talked with Sergio I felt at ease with my decision for using your company.

The day of our travel our flight was delayed for an hour and I called and they said that it wouldn’t be a problem. As our travel from Ohio to Florida began it seemed to all fall apart with several delays. We had to be on our cruise by 3:30 and that only gave us 45 min to get from the airport to the cruise port. Needless to say I was pretty nervous. I called Sergio and he told me it would be no problem that my driver Alex was waiting for us. When we got to the baggage claim he was there waiting for us. Of course we had to wait on our baggage. We were so short on time I was afraid to breathe because I was afraid it would take to much time. Sergio called me from the port and went in and talked with someone from Carnival and they said we had til 3:45 to get to the boat. The boat leaves port at 4:00! Believe me I was sweating! He assured me we had plenty of time. Alex drive us as fast as he could within his power without getting a ticket. We pulled up to the port as 3:45 . When we entered into the entrance to check in it was only our group and maybe 5 others. The computer system were down all day and that made them behind on entering guest into the system. Wow!!! that was really close.

I guess what I’m trying to say is YES I would definitely use your company again. They went above and beyond for us. Thanks for all your hard work!
